  1. Lead and motivate team members to provide exceptional customer service to all members.
  2. Ensure that all team members are trained and knowledgeable about the products and services offered at Sam's Club.
  3. Monitor and manage team performance to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  4. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for members and team members alike.
  5. Handle member inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  6. Collaborate with other team leads and management to develop and implement strategies to improve member satisfaction.
  7. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to streamline operations and enhance the member experience.
  8. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  9. Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
  10. Maintain accurate records and reports related to team performance and member feedback.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure Sam's Club remains competitive in the market.
  12. Maintain a safe and clean work environment for both members and team members.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as merchandising and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and seamless member experience.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Sam's Club, promoting the company's values and mission to team members and members.
  15. Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by management to support the overall success of the club.

Strong Organizational Skills Are Also Necessary To Maintain Inventory Levels And Ensure Compliance With Company Policies And Procedures.
