  1. Lead and manage a team of associates to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction at all times.
  2. Set clear expectations and goals for team members and hold them accountable for their performance.
  3. Serve as a role model for the team by demonstrating excellent customer service skills and promoting teamwork.
  4. Train and onboard new team members, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  5. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to help team members improve and grow.
  6. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment where team members feel valued and motivated.
  7. Collaborate with other team leads and managers to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store.
  8. Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.
  10. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist and upsell to members.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the member experience and increase efficiency.
  13. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, discuss challenges, and recognize team members' achievements.
  14. Assist in hiring and evaluating team members to ensure a high-performing and engaged team.
  15. Act as a liaison between upper management and team members, providing valuable insights and feedback to improve operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Retail Management: A Successful Candidate For The Member Team Lead Position Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Retail Management. This Includes Experience In Overseeing Teams, Managing Budgets, And Implementing Sales Strategies.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Member Team Lead, You Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team And Ensuring Their Success. Therefore, You Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills Such As Communication, Decision-Making, And Problem-Solving.

  • Knowledge Of Sam's Club Policies And Procedures: It Is Important For A Member Team Lead To Have A Thorough Understanding Of Sam's Club Policies And Procedures. This Includes Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Customer Service, And Compliance With Company Standards.

  • Ability To Train And Develop Team Members: The Member Team Lead Is Responsible For Training And Developing Team Members To Ensure They Are Equipped With The Necessary Skills To Provide Excellent Customer Service And Achieve Sales Goals. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Training And Developing Employees.

  • Customer Service Orientation: Sam's Club Places A Strong Emphasis On Providing Excellent Customer Service. The Member Team Lead Should Have A Customer Service-Oriented Mindset And Be Able To Lead By Example In Providing Exceptional Service To Club Members.
