  1. Lead and motivate a team of associates to provide exceptional customer service to all members.
  2. Ensure team members are trained and knowledgeable about company policies, procedures, and products.
  3. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for team members.
  4. Monitor and assess team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  5. Handle member inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Work with other team leads and managers to develop and implement strategies for improving member satisfaction and retention.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and work with team members to ensure shelves are stocked and organized.
  8. Ensure adherence to cash handling and inventory control procedures.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for members.
  10. Monitor and enforce safety and security protocols to protect members, employees, and merchandise.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the member experience.
  12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with members and provide personalized service.
  13. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for members.
  14. Assist with scheduling and coordinating team members' shifts and tasks.
  15. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on team performance and member feedback.
  16. Identify and address any issues or concerns within the team and work towards finding solutions.
  17. Collaborate with management to develop and implement training programs for team members.
  18. Set goals and expectations for team members and track progress towards achieving them.
  19. Act as a role model for professional behavior and exemplify company values.
  20. Encourage and support team members' personal and professional development.
