Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Member Team Lead At Sam's Club Must Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Associates. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Support, And Resolve Conflicts.
