  1. Lead and inspire a team of associates to provide exceptional customer service to members of Sam's Club.
  2. Create a positive and motivating work environment for the team to thrive in.
  3. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and members to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
  4. Train and develop team members to uphold Sam's Club standards of customer service.
  5. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  6. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  7. Collaborate with other team leads and managers to ensure consistency and alignment across all departments.
  8. Handle member complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  9. Plan and organize team schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and special events.
  10. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist and educate members.
  11. Assist in inventory management and ordering to ensure product availability for members.
  12. Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and professionalism within the team.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and efficiency within the team and store operations.
  14. Act as a role model for team members by exhibiting a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dedication to customer service.
