Welcome to the Sam's Club team! We are currently seeking a Member Specialist who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our members. As a Member Specialist, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our members, assist with their needs and inquiries, and promote our membership benefits. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, outgoing, and have a strong attention to detail.   1. Greet and welcome members with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to all members, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with members to create a positive shopping experience.
  4. Promote and educate members on the benefits of Sam's Club membership.
  5. Assist members with any issues or concerns they may have and provide resolution.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of Sam's Club policies and procedures.
  7. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge in order to accurately answer member questions.
  8. Use effective communication skills to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for members.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the store is well-maintained and stocked.
  10. Proactively identify and address potential issues or opportunities to improve member satisfaction.
  11. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to create a safe environment for members and team members.
  12. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales and performance goals.
  13. Attend and actively participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  14. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  15. Proactively seek and implement ways to improve the member experience.
