  2. Assist members with their shopping needs, including locating products, answering questions, and providing product recommendations.
  3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of Sam's Club products and services in order to effectively assist members.
  4. Create a positive and inviting atmosphere for members by maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  5. Communicate effectively with members and team members, both in person and over the phone, to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience.
  6. Handle member inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Utilize problem-solving skills to address member issues and resolve conflicts.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks and responsibilities are completed accurately and efficiently.
  9. Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for members and team members.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed member expectations and provide a memorable shopping experience.
  11. Stay up-to-date on current promotions, events, and policies to inform members and assist with their shopping decisions.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times while representing Sam's Club.
  13. Attend training sessions and meetings to continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
  14. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support the overall success of the store.

  • Attention To Detail: A Member Specialist Must Be Detail-Oriented In Order To Accurately Process Membership Applications, Maintain Member Records, And Handle Cash Transactions. They Must Also Be Able To Spot Any Errors Or Discrepancies And Take Appropriate Action To Correct Them.
