  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all Sam's Club members, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive shopping experience.
  2. Act as a point of contact for members, greeting them and assisting with any inquiries or requests.
  3. Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with members, team members, and management, both in person and over the phone.
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all Sam's Club products and services to effectively assist members with their purchases and inquiries.
  5. Handle member complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, finding solutions to ensure member satisfaction.
  6. Actively listen to member feedback and make suggestions for improvements to management.
  7. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve member issues and escalate to management when necessary.
  8. Provide support to team members in the department, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the checkout area and member service desk.
  10. Process member transactions accurately and efficiently, including returns and exchanges.
  11. Continuously seek ways to improve the member experience and offer suggestions for process improvements.
  12. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
  13. Attend training and development sessions to stay updated on products, services, and procedures.
  14. Be a team player, collaborating and communicating effectively with all team members.
  15. Multitask effectively and prioritize tasks to ensure all member needs are met in a timely manner.
