  1. Greet and welcome members to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing members' inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with members to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
  4. Actively listen to members' needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet their requirements.
  5. Stay updated on the latest products, promotions, and services offered by Sam's Club to effectively assist members.
  6. Process member transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and credit card transactions.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance the member shopping experience.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
  9. Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues that may affect the member shopping experience.
  10. Continuously strive to exceed member expectations and provide exceptional service at all times.
