In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and ensuring their satisfaction with every interaction.   1. Greet and welcome members in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for members, providing them with exceptional service and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with members to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the club.
  4. Utilize effective communication skills to provide accurate and helpful information to members.
  5. Handle all member transactions accurately and efficiently, including membership sign-ups, renewals, and upgrades.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered by the club to be able to assist members and make recommendations.
  7. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked to enhance the overall shopping experience for members.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and timely service to members.
  9. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by members, escalating to management if necessary.
  10. Meet and exceed sales goals by promoting and upselling products and services to members.
  11. Keep up-to-date with club policies and procedures, and ensure they are followed at all times.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve the member experience and provide feedback to management.
  13. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  14. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe shopping environment for members and team members.
  15. Embody the values and ethics of the company in all interactions with members and team members.
