- Proactively resolve any member issues or complaints, escalating to management when necessary.

- Adhere to all safety, security, and legal guidelines to maintain a safe and secure environment for members and employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the store.
Customer Service Experience: A Member Specialist Should Have Experience In Providing Excellent Customer Service And Resolving Issues In A Professional And Efficient Manner.
Knowledge Of Sam's Club Products: Familiarity With Sam's Club Products And Services Is Essential For A Member Specialist To Effectively Assist And Guide Members In Their Purchases.
Strong Communication Skills: The Ability To Communicate Clearly And Effectively With Members, Team Members, And Management Is Crucial In This Role.
