  1. Greet and welcome members to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist members with any inquiries or concerns they may have, providing accurate and helpful information.
  3. Proactively engage with members to ensure their satisfaction with their Sam's Club experience.
  4. Handle member complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, striving to find a resolution that meets their needs.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of Sam's Club products, services, and policies to effectively assist members.
  6. Process member transactions accurately and efficiently, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
  7. Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, including shelves, displays, and merchandise.
  8. Actively promote and market Sam's Club memberships and services to potential and existing members.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and seamless member experience.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the member experience and provide feedback to management.
  11. Follow all company and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  12. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay current on product knowledge and customer service skills.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of member information and adhere to all privacy regulations.
  14. Assist in other areas of the store as needed, including cashiering, stocking, and cleaning.
  15. Develop and maintain positive relationships with members to encourage repeat business and loyalty to Sam's Club.
