Member Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Member Specialist to join the team at Sam's Club. The Member Specialist will provide excellent customer service to our members and ensure their satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and be passionate about providing excellent customer service. Required Qualifications:• High school diploma or GED• At least 1 year of retail experience• Excellent customer service and communication skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Experience with cash registers and point of sale systems• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner • Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information • Process customer transactions using cash registers and point of sale systems • Assist customers in locating products in the store • Ensure shelves are stocked and organized • Assist with inventory management • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Follow all safety and security protocols • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient customer service • Report any customer complaints to management • Monitor customer traffic and respond accordingly • Remain up-to-date with product knowledge
