Member Frontline Cashier

1. Provide exceptional customer service to members by greeting them with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
2. Efficiently process member transactions, including cash, credit, and check payments.
3. Maintain a high level of accuracy when handling cash and other forms of payment.
4. Answer any questions or concerns that members may have about their transactions or products.
5. Ensure that all transactions are completed in a timely manner and follow proper cash handling procedures.
6. Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized front-end area.
7. Act as a brand ambassador for Sam's Club by promoting membership benefits and our commitment to customer satisfaction.
8. Continuously look for ways to improve the member experience and provide feedback to management.
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
10. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, even in stressful situations.
11. Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
12. Complete all training and certification requirements for the position.
13. Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays.
14. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a smooth operation of the front-end.
15. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to assist members with their shopping needs.
16. Help to resolve any member complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner.
17. Follow all cash handling procedures and ensure the accuracy of all transactions.
18. Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
