- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including keeping registers well-stocked with supplies.
- Assist with bagging and loading items for members as needed.
- Answer any questions or concerns from members and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, returns, and exchanges.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations at the front end of the club.
