Member Frontline Cashier

At Sam's Club, we are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Member Frontline Cashier to join our team! As the first point of contact for members, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our store.To be considered for this role, you must have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-oriented attitude. 1. Greet and welcome members in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Handle cash, credit, and check transactions accurately and efficiently.
3. Answer customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work station.
5. Maintain knowledge of store products and services.
6. Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures.
7. Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
8. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
9. Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned.
