Member Frontline Cashier

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
2. Accurately process payments and balance the register at the end of each shift
3. Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
4. Maintain a clean work area
5. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
6. Follow company policies and procedures
7. Offer suggestions to customers on products they may be interested in
8. Assist in the stocking of shelves and maintain inventory
9. Ensure that all merchandise is properly tagged and priced
10. Utilize computer systems to enter customer information and process transactions
