- Greet and welcome members to Sam's Club, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere for their shopping experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parking lot and cart area, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for members.
- Retrieve and return carts to designated areas, ensuring a sufficient supply for members to use.
- Assist members with loading and unloading their purchases into their vehicles, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Monitor and manage cart corrals, ensuring they are free of debris and clutter.
- Proactively identify and address any potential safety hazards in the parking lot or cart area.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with members, answering any questions and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing updates on cart availability and any issues in the parking lot.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and customer service standards.

Knowledge Of Cart Attendant Responsibilities: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Duties And Responsibilities Of A Cart Attendant, Including Collecting Carts From The Parking Lot, Organizing Them In The Cart Corrals, And Assisting Members With Loading And Unloading Their Purchases.
Physical Fitness: As A Cart Attendant, You Will Be Required To Work Outdoors In Various Weather Conditions And Perform Physically Demanding Tasks Such As Pushing And Pulling Heavy Carts. Therefore, Physical Fitness And The Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Objects Are Essential Qualifications For This Role.
