2. Assist members with their carts, including retrieving and returning them, as well as helping load and unload items.
3. Maintain a clean and organized store entrance and cart area, ensuring a safe and pleasant shopping experience for members.
4. Proactively address any cart maintenance issues, such as repairing or replacing damaged carts.
5. Monitor and enforce cart return policies to ensure a sufficient number of carts are available for members.
6. Provide excellent customer service by answering any questions, addressing concerns, and directing members to the appropriate areas of the store.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing for members.
8. Operate equipment, such as a cart pusher or electric cart, to assist members with large or heavy purchases.
9. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a seamless shopping experience for members.
10. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to help out in other areas of the store as needed.
11. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of members and team members.
