- Greet and welcome members to the store with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Maintain a clean and organized parking lot and cart area to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping experience for members.
- Retrieve and organize carts from the parking lot and return them to the designated area.
- Assist members with loading and unloading items into their vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to member inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively monitor and maintain the availability of carts for members to use.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures while handling and maneuvering carts in the parking lot.
- Keep track of and report any damaged carts or equipment to management.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, punctuality, attendance, and dress code.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the cart and parking lot area.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Member Assist Cart Attendant Should Possess Strong Interpersonal Skills And The Ability To Provide Exceptional Service To Sam's Club Members.
Physical Fitness And Stamina: This Job Requires Constant Walking, Pushing, And Pulling Of Carts, As Well As Lifting And Carrying Heavy Items. Therefore, Candidates Should Have The Physical Ability To Perform These Tasks For Extended Periods Of Time.
