Member Assist Cart Attendant

We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Member Assist Cart Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our members have a pleasant shopping experience by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our parking lot and cart corral areas. 1. Greet and welcome members to Sam's Club in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Maintain a clean and organized parking lot and cart corral area at all times.
3. Collect and organize shopping carts from the parking lot and return them to the designated area.
4. Keep the cart corral area stocked with sufficient carts for members to use.
5. Assist members with loading and unloading their purchases into their vehicles.
6. Monitor the parking lot for any safety hazards and report them to the appropriate personnel.
7. Keep accurate records of the number of carts in use and in the corral.
8. Assist with other tasks as needed, such as helping with carry-outs or cleaning spills.
9. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing any concerns from members.
10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
11. Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for members.
12. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
13. Maintain a physically fit and able body to perform tasks such as pushing and pulling carts.
14. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
15. Demonstrate a strong work ethic by being punctual, reliable, and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
