
Member Assist Cart Attendant

- Greet and welcome members as they enter the store with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with their shopping needs and answering any questions they may have.
- Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment by regularly collecting and organizing shopping carts and ensuring the parking lot is free of debris.
- Proactively identify and address any potential safety hazards in the parking lot or shopping area.
- Assist members with loading their purchases into their vehicles when needed.
- Ensure that all shopping carts are in good working condition and report any damaged or malfunctioning carts to management.
- Monitor and restock cart corrals and other supplies as needed.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while representing the company.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for members.
- Be knowledgeable about store policies and procedures and be able to effectively communicate them to members when needed.
- Remain attentive and responsive to members' needs and complaints, escalating any issues to management as necessary.
- Attend and actively participate in all required training and meetings.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to company standards and policies, including punctuality and attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Successful Member Assist Cart Attendant At Sam's Club Should Possess Strong Customer Service Skills To Provide A Positive And Helpful Experience For Members.
Physical Stamina: This Role Requires Physical Stamina To Push And Retrieve Carts, As Well As Lift Heavy Items When Assisting Members With Loading Their Purchases Into Their Vehicles.
Attention To Detail: Attention To Detail Is Crucial In This Role To Ensure The Parking Lot Is Clean And Organized, And All Carts Are In Good Working Condition.
Team Player: As A Member Assist Cart Attendant, You Will Be Working In A Team Environment, So It Is Essential To Be A Team Player And Communicate Effectively With Other Team Members.
Time Management Skills: This Job Requires Excellent Time Management Skills To Ensure The Parking Lot Is Maintained Throughout The Day, And Carts Are Available For Members At All Times.
