- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking lot and cart area.
- Greet and assist members with their purchases.
- Ensure that all carts are available and in good working condition for members to use.
- Proactively monitor and retrieve stray carts in the parking lot.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any member inquiries or concerns.
- Handle and resolve any member complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe shopping environment for members.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
