1. Greet and welcome members to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Maintain a clean and organized parking lot and entrance area at all times.
3. Retrieve and organize shopping carts from the parking lot and return them to the designated areas.
4. Assist members with loading and unloading their purchases into/from their vehicles.
5. Monitor and enforce parking lot safety rules and regulations.
6. Assist members with any inquiries or concerns they may have.
7. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards members and coworkers.
8. Work efficiently and quickly to ensure timely assistance to members.
9. Communicate any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.
10. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
11. Maintain a high level of customer service and strive to exceed member's expectations.
12. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
13. Perform other tasks as assigned by the store manager.
14. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe shopping environment for members.
15. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
