- Greet and welcome members to the store, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Assist members with loading and unloading their purchases into their vehicles.
- Retrieve and organize shopping carts from the parking lot and other areas of the store.
- Keep the parking lot and entrance area clean and free of debris.
- Ensure shopping carts are in good working condition and report any repairs needed.
- Assist members with any questions or concerns they may have.
- Maintain a positive attitude and create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for members.
- Work efficiently and quickly to keep up with the flow of members entering and exiting the store.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while performing duties.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Monitor and report any suspicious or concerning activity in the parking lot or entrance area.
- Attend training and meetings as required to stay updated on store policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance.
- Handle member complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating to management when necessary.
- Assist in other areas of the store as needed, such as cashiering or stocking shelves.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with members, colleagues, and management.
Customer Service Skills: A Member Assist Cart Attendant Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Provide Prompt And Friendly Assistance To Club Members.
Physical Stamina: This Job Requires Frequent Lifting And Pushing Of Heavy Carts, As Well As Standing And Walking For Extended Periods Of Time, So Candidates Should Have The Physical Stamina To Perform These Tasks.
