- Greet and welcome members to Sam's Club with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting members with any questions or concerns they may have.
- Monitor the parking lot and cart corral to ensure they are kept clean and organized at all times.
- Retrieve and sanitize shopping carts for members' use.
- Assist members with loading and unloading items into their vehicles.
- Proactively identify and report any safety hazards or maintenance needs in the parking lot or cart corral.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the store layout and products to assist members with finding items.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for members.
- Communicate any member feedback or issues to management for resolution.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and trainings.
- Continuously strive to improve the member experience and exceed expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Customer Service Skills: A Member Assist Cart Attendant Should Have Excellent Customer Service Skills To Assist Members With Their Purchases And Provide A Positive Shopping Experience.
Physical Stamina: This Job Requires Standing, Bending, And Pushing Heavy Carts For Extended Periods Of Time, So Physical Stamina And Endurance Are Important Qualifications.
Attention To Detail: As A Cart Attendant, One Must Pay Attention To Details Such As Making Sure All Carts Are Clean And In Good Condition, And That The Parking Lot Is Free Of Debris And Hazards.
Team Player: A Member Assist Cart Attendant Must Be A Team Player And Work Collaboratively With Other Associates To Ensure A Smooth And Efficient Operation Of The Store.
Time Management Skills: This Job Requires Multitasking And Prioritizing Tasks, So Having Good Time Management Skills Is Essential To Ensure All Duties Are Completed In A Timely Manner.
