- Maintain a clean and organized parking lot and cart areas.
- Retrieve carts from the parking lot and return them to designated areas.
- Ensure all carts are sanitized and in good condition for member use.
- Assist members with loading and unloading their purchases into their vehicles.
- Monitor and manage cart availability to ensure there are always enough carts for members to use.
- Respond promptly and courteously to member inquiries and concerns.
- Follow proper safety procedures while retrieving and organizing carts.
- Keep track of inventory and report any damaged or missing carts.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient shopping experience for members.
- Proactively identify and address any potential safety hazards in the parking lot or cart areas.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance.
- Attend training and meetings as required to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
