- Greet and assist members in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parking lot and cart areas.
- Retrieve and organize shopping carts for members as needed.
- Monitor and maintain cart corrals to ensure they are clean and available for use.
- Proactively identify and address any potential safety hazards in the parking lot.
- Assist members with loading and unloading their purchases.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing any concerns or complaints.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Be knowledgeable about store layout and product locations to assist members with finding items.
- Keep track of and report any damaged or malfunctioning carts.
- Help maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for members.
- Continuously monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the store’s entrance and exit areas.
- Follow proper protocols for handling and disposing of trash and recycling.
- Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings as required.
- Adhere to all company dress code and grooming standards.
- Assist with other duties as needed or assigned by management.
