Member Assist Cart Attendant

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our members have a clean and organized shopping environment by collecting and organizing carts, maintaining the parking lot, and assisting members with their purchases. 1. Greet and welcome members as they enter and exit the store.
2. Collect and organize shopping carts from the parking lot and designated areas around the store.
3. Maintain a clean and organized parking lot by picking up trash and debris.
4. Assist members with loading and unloading their purchases into their vehicles.
5. Offer exceptional customer service by answering questions and providing assistance to members.
6. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with members and fellow team members.
7. Follow established safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
8. Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or damages to management.
9. Assist with maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the store.
10. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns.
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
12. Attend training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and store promotions.
13. Operate equipment, such as a cart pusher, safely and efficiently.
14. Maintain a high level of physical stamina and be able to work in various weather conditions.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
