We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Project Management to join our Digital Merchandising team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various digital merchandising projects. Our ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for e-commerce and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.   1. Develop and implement project management strategies and processes to ensure the successful delivery of digital merchandising projects.
  2. Lead and manage a team of project managers to effectively plan and execute projects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT, to define project goals and requirements.
  4. Create and maintain project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed within set deadlines and financial parameters.
  5. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks that may arise.
  6. Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential project risks.
  7. Communicate project updates, status reports, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
  8. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability among project team members.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in e-commerce to inform project strategies and drive innovation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In Digital Merchandising Or E-Commerce.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Knowledge Of Digital Merchandising Tools And Platforms, Such As Cms, Seo, And Ppc, And Their Impact On Sales And Customer Experience.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Project Goals.
