  1. Develop and implement effective strategies for managing agency partnerships and resources to support marketing operations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of marketing efforts.
  3. Set clear goals and expectations for agency partners and hold them accountable for delivering on objectives.
  4. Monitor and analyze agency performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  5. Manage agency budgets and ensure that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  6. Oversee the production of marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring a positive working relationship.
  8. Continuously evaluate and optimize processes to streamline marketing operations and improve efficiency.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for incorporating new strategies and technologies into marketing operations.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of marketing operations and agency partnerships.
  11. Train and mentor team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage agency partnerships and resources.
  12. Communicate the company's vision and objectives to agency partners and ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with these goals.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
  14. Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise with agency partners in a timely and professional manner.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the overall member experience and drive results through effective management of agency partnerships and resources.
