Licensed Optical Manager

1. Manage and motivate a team of optical professionals while providing excellent customer service.
2. Ensure that all optical products are of the highest quality and meet the customers' needs.
3. Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback and training to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the store is running efficiently.
5. Ensure all optical services are performed in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
6. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
7. Maintain accurate records of optical services performed and products sold.
8. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
9. Attend industry events and seminars to stay up to date on new products and trends in the optical industry.
