Licensed Optical Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the optical department, including customer service, product selection and merchandising.
2. Ensure that all customers receive accurate, timely, and helpful customer service.
3. Assist customers in selecting eyewear that suits their needs and budget.
4. Train, mentor and develop optical staff.
5. Research and order optical products.
6. Maintain accurate records of optical inventory and sales.
7. Manage the ordering and stocking of optical frames, contact lenses, and other optical products.
8. Ensure optical department meets all safety and health regulations.
9. Monitor the optical department for cleanliness and organization.
10. Stay up to date on optical trends and products.
