Licensed Optical Manager

We are looking for an experienced Licensed Optical Manager to join the Sam's Club team! The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service, have an eye for detail, and possess a drive to exceed customer expectations.This role requires an individual who has prior experience in an Optical Manager role and is currently licensed to practice opticianry in the state of residence. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of developing and coaching store personnel, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and have a strong knowledge of vision insurance plans.We are looking for someone who can bring a fresh approach to our Optical department and foster a team-oriented environment. 6. Maintain records of customer orders and vision insurance plans.
7. Remain up-to-date on the latest optical trends and products.
8. Handle customer complaints and inquiries.
9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.
