Licensed Optical Manager

We are looking for an experienced, personable Licensed Optical Manager to join our team at Sam's Club. This position requires a results-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for helping others. The ideal candidate will have previous optical experience and an optician's license. In addition, they must have a solid understanding of optical frames, lenses, and eyewear products. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all optical-related activities in the Sam's Club store.
2. Ensure that customer service and satisfaction levels are consistently high.
3. Maintain and update optical inventory and pricing.
4. Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and eyewear products that meet their needs and desires.
5. Ensure that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
6. Monitor optical sales and performance, and implement strategies to increase productivity.
7. Train and manage optical staff, including assigning tasks and evaluating performance.
8. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with optical regulations.
9. Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
10. Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
