Licensed Optical Manager

Sam's Club is seeking an experienced Licensed Optical Manager to join our team of professionals. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the optical center and lead a team of opticians, technicians and optometrists
2. Ensure opticians, technicians and optometrists adhere to all legal and professional regulations
3. Maintain a high level of customer service while providing quality eyewear solutions
4. Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and sales
5. Monitor inventory levels and order new supplies when necessary
6. Recruit, hire, train, and manage staff
7. Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
8. Monitor cash flow and accounts receivable/payable
9. Ensure all safety protocols are followed
10. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
