Licensed Optical Manager

We are looking for a Licensed Optical Manager to join the Sam's Club team and provide excellent service to our members. The ideal candidate must have a current license in opticianry, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills. • Ensure the smooth operation of the optical department, including scheduling and supervising staff, managing inventory and ordering supplies
• Provide exceptional customer service to Sam's Club members
• Process payments, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
• Train and mentor staff members in proper optical techniques and customer service skills
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase sales
• Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the optical department
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
