Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join the team at Sam's Club. Our ideal candidate is a reliable, self-motivated individual with a passion for technology and providing stellar customer service. As the IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, installing and maintaining hardware and software, and providing excellent service to internal and external customers.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, as well as experience with networking, troubleshooting, and repairing IT-related issues. You must also have excellent communication and customer service skills. In addition, the following qualifications are required: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field• 2+ years of IT support experience• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux• Experience with network technologies and protocols• Ability to work with minimal supervision• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
