We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Specialist to join our team at Sam's Club. As an integral part of our IT Department, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and resolving complex issues for both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to think critically and problem solve independently.
