We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join the Sam's Club team! As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, as well as providing technical support and maintenance of computer systems, software, and hardware.The right candidate for this role will have excellent customer service and communication skills. You should also have a strong understanding of computer systems, software, and hardware and be comfortable troubleshooting computer issues.If you have a passion for technology, an eye for detail, and a customer service-oriented attitude, we would love to hear from you!
