Job Description

Sam's Club is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team and help us to achieve our business objectives. We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and process-oriented individual who is passionate about developing our team and creating a positive workplace culture.This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and act proactively. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of HR experience, preferably in a large and complex organization, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. We also require experience in employee relations and/or labor relations and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations. We’re looking for someone who is adept at building relationships with all levels of staff and management, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and has a track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies.
