Job Description

Sam's Club is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team and help us continue to create a workplace that rewards collaboration and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing HR practices and initiatives, as well as a thorough understanding of all HR disciplines. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, is passionate about developing teams, and has excellent communication skills.The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations within the organization, including recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, policy implementation, and performance management. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is essential.
