- Coordinate and oversee the timely and accurate flow of merchandise throughout the store.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all merchandise is properly sorted, organized, and stocked on the sales floor.
- Receive and process product shipments, including unloading, counting, and labeling merchandise.
- Inspect and report any damaged or missing merchandise to management.
- Utilize equipment and tools, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, to move and transport merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company safety guidelines and protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or low stock to management.
- Assist with inventory audits and participate in physical inventory counts as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure efficient and accurate merchandise flow.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, punctuality, and dress code.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within the freight flow department.
- Uphold a positive and professional attitude while representing the company and interacting with customers.
- Complete all assigned tasks and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and trainings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Experience In Warehouse Operations: A Freight Flow Associate At Sam's Club Should Have Prior Experience In Warehouse Operations, Including Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, And Shipping And Receiving.
