- Receive and process incoming merchandise shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Utilize various equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to unload and move merchandise within the warehouse.
- Organize and stock merchandise onto shelves and in designated areas, following company procedures and safety guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, communicating any discrepancies or issues to management.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently handle high volumes of merchandise and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Inspect and report any damaged or defective merchandise to management.
- Keep work area clean and organized, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service when needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Complete all required training and stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates.
- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment, promoting teamwork and a customer-centric mindset.
Strong Organizational Skills: A Freight Flow Associate At Sam's Club Must Possess Excellent Organizational Skills In Order To Efficiently Manage And Sort Incoming Freight, As Well As Maintain Accurate Inventory Levels.
