- Efficiently move merchandise throughout the store to ensure timely restocking and replenishment of products.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail when handling merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all merchandise is accurately labeled and priced according to company standards.
- Assist in receiving and unloading deliveries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability for members.
- Communicate any inventory shortages or discrepancies to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety guidelines at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with product inquiries and locating items in the store.
- Work in compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.

Knowledge Of Inventory Management: A Freight Flow Associate At Sam's Club Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Inventory Management Principles And Processes. This Includes Knowledge Of Receiving, Stocking, And Replenishing Merchandise.
Physical Stamina: This Role Requires The Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Merchandise On A Frequent Basis. Candidates Should Possess Physical Stamina And Be Able To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Attention To Detail: As A Freight Flow Associate, Attention To Detail Is Crucial In Ensuring Accurate And Efficient Merchandise Handling. The Ability To Identify And Report Any Discrepancies Or Damaged Items Is Essential.
Teamwork: The Freight Flow Associate Works Closely With Other Team Members, Such As Stockers And Forklift Operators, To Ensure The Timely And Accurate Delivery Of Merchandise. Strong Teamwork Skills And The Ability To Communicate Effectively Are Important For Success In This Role.
