Freight Flow Associate

1. Manage the flow of merchandise from distribution centers to stores in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective supply chain operations.
3. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available for store sales.
4. Communicate with store management and other team members to coordinate merchandise deliveries and resolve any issues.
5. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
6. Utilize equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and organize merchandise.
7. Perform physical tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and stacking merchandise, in a fast-paced environment.
8. Maintain accurate records of merchandise flow and inventory levels.
9. Identify and report any discrepancies or issues in merchandise shipments.
10. Remain up-to-date on company policies and procedures related to supply chain operations.
11. Assist in the training and development of new team members.
12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
13. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and security regulations.
14. Assist in other areas of the store, as needed, to support overall store operations.
