- Responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient flow of merchandise within the store.
- Organize and prioritize incoming and outgoing shipments to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure accuracy of receiving and shipping documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safe and efficient operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate merchandise flow.
- Assist with inventory management by accurately counting and recording stock levels.

Experience In Warehouse Operations: A Freight Flow Associate Should Have Prior Experience In A Warehouse Or Distribution Center Environment. This Includes Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, And Shipping And Receiving Processes.
Physical Stamina And Strength: This Position Requires Lifting And Moving Heavy Objects On A Regular Basis, So Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.
Attention To Detail: As A Freight Flow Associate, There Is A High Level Of Responsibility For Accurately Processing And Organizing Shipments. Candidates Should Have Strong Attention To Detail To Ensure That All Products Are Handled And Labeled Correctly.
