- Receive and process incoming shipments of merchandise, including unloading and sorting items according to department and location.
- Maintain accurate and organized inventory by properly labeling and storing items in designated areas.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently stock merchandise on shelves and ensure proper product placement.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or low stock to management.
- Operate forklifts or other equipment to move and transport merchandise as needed.
- Use computer systems and scanners to track and update inventory and process orders.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while handling and moving merchandise.
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times.
- Assist with customer service by answering questions and providing guidance to members.
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Communicate any issues or concerns with management in a timely manner.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company processes and procedures.
- Meet productivity and accuracy goals set by management.

Previous Experience In A Warehouse Or Retail Environment: A Freight Flow Associate At Sam's Club Must Have Prior Experience Working In A Warehouse Or Retail Setting. This Experience Will Provide A Basic Understanding Of Logistics, Inventory Management, And Customer Service.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills: A Freight Flow Associate Needs To Be Able To Efficiently Manage Their Time And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment. This Requires Strong Organizational Skills And The Ability To Multitask Effectively.
