4. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping environment for members.
5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of merchandise.
6. Use equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks to move and store merchandise.
7. Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to management in a timely manner.
8. Provide excellent customer service to members by answering questions and addressing concerns.
9. Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
10. Keep track of inventory levels and assist in conducting inventory counts as needed.
11. Assist in other areas of the store as needed, including cashiering and assisting members with finding products.
12. Continuously strive to improve processes and contribute ideas for enhancing the overall member shopping experience.
13. Adhere to company dress code and grooming standards at all times.
14. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
15. Perform any other duties assigned by management.
