- Receive and process incoming merchandise shipments from suppliers and distribution centers.
- Organize and stock merchandise in designated areas according to company standards.
- Use equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to transport and move merchandise throughout the store.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in the receiving and stocking process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including aisles and backroom storage areas.
- Communicate with warehouse and sales teams to coordinate stocking priorities and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling merchandise and operating equipment.
- Work quickly and efficiently to meet daily quotas and deadlines.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management and restocking.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with any questions or concerns related to merchandise availability.
- Assist in other areas of the store as needed, including cashiering and customer service.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to merchandise handling, safety, and customer service.
- Continuously strive to improve and streamline processes to increase productivity and efficiency.

Strong Organizational Skills: A Freight Flow Associate At Sam's Club Must Be Able To Efficiently Manage Incoming And Outgoing Merchandise, Ensuring That Products Are Properly Labeled And Stored In The Correct Locations.
